I loved the beautiful location of the hotel near the river and nature. The open-air swimming pool and facilities for kids were excellent. The staff were super friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was huge, really delicious, and there was something for everybody.

We had a lovely time at this hotel during our romantic escape. The view from our room was breathtaking and the pool area was amazing. We also enjoyed the fact that the breakfast had a wide variety of food options available. the location was perfect, providing easy access to local public transportation.

We were disappointed by several aspects of our stay. The room was not as clean as we had hoped for, and the staff seemed disinterested when we brought it to their attention.

The hotel offered a great selection of breakfast food which was different every day. the pool was also fantastic, with plenty of loungers available and helpful staff members. the hotel was conveniently located on the outskirts of town, making it easily accessible via bus or metro.

The reception staff seemed a bit uninterested and disengaged. the rooms could benefit from heavier curtains in order to keep out the early morning sunlight.

We loved the open-air swimming pool and the playground for kids. the fridge in the room and the lovely view of the river were an added advantage. the hotel was situated in the serene outskirts of the city and provided a perfect escape in the nature.

The hotel was a bit distant from the city center, and we had to rely on public transport or taxis to get around.
